Guillaume Bremond is a corporate finance specialist with over 12 years of experience in investment funds and investment banking. Guillaume joined Perpetua Investment Group in 2020 from UBS Investment Banking where he was Head of M&A for the MENA region. Prior to that, he worked as an M&A advisor at Deutsche Bank in London.

Clémend Pacaud

Clément Pacaud

CEO

Clément brings over 12 years of experience, with 10 years spent in the Gulf countries, overseeing businesses, driving financial and operational strategies, managing acquisitions, structuring complex international joint ventures, and guiding high-growth technological startups and industrial enterprises. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lahab, a company within the EDGE group (a UAE-based conglomerate specializing in defense, aerospace, and new technologies), where he led the restructuring of this strategic asset in Abu Dhabi. Since 2022, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of the private equity firm Perpetua Investment Group in Dubai.

Anne GAIGNARD

Anne Gaignard has 35 years of experience in the financial markets sector. Anne started her career at Société Générale before joining Euronext for nearly 25 years where she was Head of Development and Head of Client Relations for Western Europe.

Axel Richebraque

Axel Richebraque

Director

Axel has 12 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance and started his career in Transaction Services at EY then Exelmans for midcap transactions before joining the investment bank Clairfield International where he mainly worked on Healthcare, Softwares, Industry and Services sectors. He then worked for IVC Evidensia, Europe’s leading veterinary clinic group, as head of M&A for the French market (+20 build-ups) before joining Bryan Garnier as Vice President dedicated to the Healthcare sector and responsible in particular for the Animal Health sub-sector (clinics, petfood, petcare, services). He has been working as Director at the Investment Bank Blue Partners since 2023.
